My name is Landon Matford Shehee. In 1978, I was born and raised in the inner city of Houston, TX. Ultimately, I graduated high school in Irving, TX in 1996, but I attended other schools in Waco and rural McGregor, TX. Through challenging learning experiences early in childhood, mainly stemming from a lack of a father, a single-parent household and low economic status, I have developed a passion to provide an opportunity that is greatly needed in my community and socially today.Without question I count it all joy all the trials and tribulations I have overcome and still overcoming today! Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 9:22 "I have become all things to all people so that by all means I might save some." After high school graduation, I attended Mid America Bible University in Oklhaoma City, OK and Los Angeles Valley College in southern California. God has blessed me with a wife, Lorena, and 3 children. Currently, Im employed with Premier Transportation of Dallas, as a professional chauffer and I am a member of the Bear Creek Community Church in Irving, TX. I believe that I posses the background, experience and education, most of all the love needed to make a change. All my life I have wanted to fulfill my purpose and destiny in life and God has blessed me with that opportunity to bless others with my experiences, talents and services. I pledge to be the father and husband God has called me to and to help others to know and follow Christ

My name is Mark Dixon. I was born and raised here in the DFW area, attended Irving and McKinney public schools, DCC colleges and Dallas Real Estate College. I’ve been self-employed in the electronic communications field for over 35 years. I work with and have been married to the love of my life Trina, for over 38 years, have two beautiful kids, Kristopher and Heather, and one spectacular grandson William.
Growing up, I attended a number of churches and by the time I completed high school, left. God found me and brought me back a few years later, revealed His love and grace that I had somehow previously missed and blessed my life in more ways than I can count. I’ve been a member of Christ Church (formerly named South MacArthur Church of Christ) for 30 years and have served in the media, security and cross-cultural ministry areas.
I’ve known Landon for many years and consider him as a member of my own family. I love watching as God has transformed him and impressed on him a calling to minister and mentor others from a deep and personal perspective.
My name is Alvin Noble, and I am a 46 year old male. I am originally from Natchez Mississippi, and I attended school in the Mississippi area. Me and my wife moved to the DFW area in March of 2008. Currently, I am employed at Squibb Taylor a propane company in Dallas. Since our move we have had some great experiences in the DFW so we decided to make Texas our home.
I began to attend Bear Creek Community Church in 2013 and since then I have joined and became a member. During my walk with Christ I have learned so much about serving God. I have become very passionate about helping those in need. Another one of my passions is working with young men.
I have boys of my own and I try my best to keep them away from all the negative stuff in this world such as gangs, drugs, alcohol and etc….As men I think that we should become role models for other young men so that if they don’t know about Christ they can began to learn about Christ and other things in life that they may encounter in the long run.
